Bobbi
Practice Operations Leader
Returning to the dental environment, first as our Treatment Coordinator, and now as Practice Operations Leader, Bobbi holds a BA from SFU and CDA from SAIT. Bobbi’s previous experience includes working chairside as a dental assistant as well as office management. She enjoys fostering and maintaining patient relationships and ensuring that the clients and their families feel well informed and comfortable with their treatment plan.
Bobbi has lived with her family on the North Shore since 2011 and enjoys all the fun the mountains have to offer and in her spare time can most often be found on the trails with her mountain bike and side kick, Millie the golden Doodle.
Jaime
Treatment Coordinator
Jaime, who is a North Vancouver local, comes from a hospitality operations background. She is excited to start her new path in orthodontics, bringing together her customer service experience with a passion for smiling!
Jaime lives with her twin daughters, her husband and their cat Sammy in the Lynn Valley community. They love to travel in their RV, exploring new destinations throughout BC.
Margot
Scheduling Coordinator
Margot relocated to North Vancouver from Belgium. As a former flight attendant, she brings her customer service experience with her! Margot graduated as a Speech and Language Pathologist and is excited to bring her experience of working with families to our community.
In her spare time, Margot loves exploring the North Shore - going on hikes, skiing and snowboarding in the mountains. When she's not being active, she loves a night-in with a good book!
Paddy
Scheduling Coordinator
Paddy grew up moving around western Canada, but finally landed in the
Kamloops area for all of high school, where he was involved in the
high school band (playing primarily the saxophone, but also dabbled
in percussion) and choir. Throughout his time studying at Thompson
Rivers University he worked part time, beginning a career in retail
management where he found a love for customer interactions. Eventually
Paddy moved to North Vancouver where he continued developing his
passion for the customer experience and leadership within businesses
across the North Shore. He is excited to be with the team and community
at North Shore Orthodontics and learn all he can!
In his off time, Paddy enjoys spending time with his husband, family
and friends, trying out new restaurants, binging a show on Netflix and
singing in a community choir.
Anita
Clinician (Certified Dental Assistant - Ortho)
Anita is a Certified Dental Assistant with over 6 years of experience, completing her Ortho module in 2019. Anita is originally from Iran and moved to Canada in 2007 in search of new opportunities.
Throughout her professional journey, she has also worked in the medical field which gives her a well-rounded approach to patient care and an understanding of the importance of holistic health.
Outside of work, Anita loves to stay active with swimming and dancing!
Ati
Clinician (Certified Dental Assistant - Ortho)
Ati has over 25 years of experience as a Certified Dental Assistant with extensive experience in orthodontics. She loves working with people of all ages and finds it very rewarding to help them achieve their functioning new smile.
She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cooking, going on long walks, and travelling.
Ayda
Clinician (Certified Dental Assistant - Ortho)
Ayda moved to Vancouver at 2019 and started her new life at BC. She transferred her engineering background to the medical field. She Graduated from CDI collage as a CDA, followed by her ortho certification from UBC.
She enjoys her job and working with patients and everything related to theirs smiles. Outside the office, she enjoys yoga and spending time in nature. In her spare time, she spends time with her family, her son and her dog, and hanging out with friends.
Erin
Clinician (Certified Dental Assistant)
Erin graduated from KDM Dental College in Calgary in 2000. She started working at an orthodontic clinic in Calgary in 2001 and completed her orthodontic module in 2003 at Columbia college. In 2007 Erin moved to Hong Kong to follow her husband‘s career and started a family. Erin moved back to Canada and settled in North Vancouver in 2019 with husband and two sons. She is so excited to be back in a dental office and enjoys interacting with the patients and her coworkers.
Away from the office Erin enjoys reading, spending time with her family, watching her kids play sports and meeting all the dogs in the neighbourhood.
Leslie
Clinician (Certified Dental Assistant - Ortho)
Leslie has worked in dentistry for 13 years and as a Certified Dental Assistant in orthodontics for over eight of them! She joined our North Shore Orthodontics team in 2020, then took a short hiatus to complete her training as a Registered Massage Therapist. We are delighted she is back with our team part-time!
When she is not in the clinic or doing massages, Leslie loves trying all the best restaurants in Vancouver, playing board games and hanging out with friends.
Sonia
Clinician (Certified Dental Assistant - Ortho)
Sonia graduated from the Certified Dental Assisting program at Vancouver Community College in June of 2010. She worked at a pediatric office for nine years, and builds instant chemistry with younger patients.
In May of 2018, Sonia completed her orthodontic module at UBC and joined the team at North Shore orthodontics in October of 2019. She prides herself in the connection she makes with patients and care for their oral health.
Outside the office, Sonia enjoys cooking for family, attending concerts with friends, travelling
the world with her husband and son, and hiking with her fur friends.
Rose
Orthodontic Assistant
Rose has worked for nine years in dentistry in Switzerland, graduating as a Certified Dental Assistant six years ago. She recently moved to Vancouver to join her Canadian partner. Rose is grateful for the warm welcome from our community!
In her spare time, Rose loves to play video games, work out at the gym and hang with her partner and fur-friend, Mochi!
Jeni
3D & Lab Technician
Jeni moved to Canada in 2011 and worked as a caregiver for many years. She loves playing and interacting with the children she cares for. She had the opportunity to join the team at North Shore Orthodontics and she enjoys helping the office and being part of this amazing team.
Outside of work, Jeni loves cooking, swimming, watching TV and most of all, going to Church every Sunday with her husband and daughter.
Daisy
Treatment Coordinator [Currently on maternity leave]
Charity worker, cheesemonger and now part of the team at North Shore Orthodontics, Daisy brings her passion for helping people wherever she goes! Daisy has grown with our practice, joining as Clinical Assistant during the pandemic, then coordinating our Growth Guidance program and now as our Treatment Coordinator, welcoming all new patients to the practice!
Originally hailing from Edinburgh, Scotland, Daisy is thrilled to now call North Vancouver 'home' and spends her free time exploring BC - spotting wildlife through her binoculars and dipping her toes in every river she meets!
